Hey there sweety. On the main board, registered nurse had a breast pump she is getting rid of. You may want to check it out. Okay, now for the bad news. Please don't beat me to bad.
B cc strawberry\banana smoothie
L 2 oz lemon chicken with 2 cups of salad
S 1 beef jerky and (Here is the bad) 1 serving of s\f m&m
D I am going for 3 or 4 oz of steak. Carbs are to high today so no veggies for me tonight. LOL Those m&m sure killed my carb count for the day. Thank goodness I don't eat them all the time. LOL Man, next week is Spring break for buggie. That means I will have to cook three meals a day. YUCKY!!! She must think I like to cook. LOL She has already given me her weekly menu. Everyday for breakfast she wants 2 eggs and 3 pieces of turkey bacon. And that has to be before 8:30. Man, I haven't got up that early since I lost my job. LOL For lunches, it is going to be pot pies, pizzas, salads, mac and cheese with hamburger in it, and chicken strips with a veggie. Man, she does have it all planed out. For snacks, I have to buy some more fruit and carrots. LOL Sick man, sick! LOL I hate when she plans on all this stuff because if I fix something different she fusses and doesn't want to eat it. Of course, I then tell her to eat or do without. LOL I will call you tomorrow.

Hi April!! Welcome to the May peoples board! Several of us are going through what you are going through. It IS frustrating!! I actually went UP about 3 pounds and got that back off but I am stuck at 206. I am so happy to be where I am as opposed to where I was, but it is still aggravating! Just keep doing what you are doing and eventually it will come off. I think our bodies have to periodically "rest" to catch up with all the weight we have lost. At least YOU are exercising, I STILL can't seem to make myself do any. I'm proud of you!! You be proud of you too!!!

I too have not reached 100 lbs yet. It is very discouraging. Surgery was 5/18/2004 started at 261, as of today i am down to 164 thats just 97 lbs. My doc says that now I am down the the hard part, Change what I eat and my exersice habits to see results. Well I did, and this month I have lost 3.5 lbs. (no loss since Jan).
Although i am happy with the results, I would still like to be closer to 125-130 (my personnal goal) I see my doc next week for my annual checkup. Will have to get his opinion.
Remember the surgery is just a tool, you have to work at it to get results!!! You know the saying "NO pain, NO gain" How true!!!!

Amanda I am right there with you. I have lost 78 lbs and I also
get very depressed and discouraged when others are hitting the
century mark. I started at 255.5 and now weight 177.5 and my
Dr. thinks I should be at 135. I am 5' 3".

Just keep up the good work. It has to start working sometime!! Right?
I have started logging in on fitday.com It counts your calories, and you can log all kinds of things in...it has helped me!! I haven't lost any weight yet...but, i have only been doing this for a week or so. It has really cut my calories and made me get going on my walking!!
