Anthony is on spring break too next week, and mom is coming for visiting, so we will be very busy next week. S/f M&Ms? I havent seen those yet, lol. We just went grocery shopping and got healthier snacks again so I wouldnt be tempted to eat s/f candies. LOL no breast pumps for me!! - Melissa

I took an hour walk with my mom... I wanted to do some DDR & punch my punching bag but by the time I got home from the grocery store it was after 9:00. Maybe tomorrow I'll do that... As for now... I'm pooped.. I'm heading to bed!

Topic: My Turn to Give Back
I am not sure if I have shared this with you , but I applied to be an Obesity Help Support Leader here in my area and have been going thru their training. I will be forming my own support group here . I am still trying to get people involved and to locate a place to hold our meetings . I promised when I had this surgery that I would follow the rules, do my part - and use this tool that I was given to be successful , I promised too that I would give it back . I would support those who like myself struggled with Obestity .. and learn all I could about the different types of surgeries , our food needs , exersise...etc .. So with that .. I continue my training. I have 2 more sessions and tons of meetings coming up . I will share my knowledge here with all of my brothers and sisters in WLS and especially you all here .. Never forget where you came from .. and how far you still have to go .. Hugs to all , Natalie

Hey you sweety you ! Now let's see .. you are doing your protein .. try to get it up a little more .. your water looks fine ... Exersise .. now here is the trick .. change what you are doing .. if you are walking .. try swimming .. if you are doing arobics -- try walking . Your body becomes acustomed to certain activities .. and it slows down the fat burn . Change up . And If you are not walking ..start .. no matter whether you exersise or not .. It will - I swear speed up the ole motabolism . Looking at your begining weight you have done awesome . And I know what it feels like to want to get to your goal . What is your calories for the day .. I still keep mine @ 700 to 800 cuz I am trying to loose the last 5 pounds . I truly hope I can maintain as even with 10 months out .. I still find it hard to eat sometimes , Any hoo . Let me know what you think .. about trying the exersise and uping the protein .. remember though.. ask your doc first ! Love ya , Nat The Pixie ...

Today's food was ok ,,, carbs could have been a little lower but some of those carbs are from fruits .. Take care and Huggles ! I was really, really, really bad today!! Really, really, really bad!!!!! Coffee A total of 3 donuts. 1 biscuit with gravy water, water, water 1 chicken patty, 8 potato wedges. I will have to get on fitday, and figure how many calories that is. Jeannie
