Make copies of that one and laminate the original. In a few years, that sort of documention might just come in handy during her 'teen' years!

I sure have an urge to snack in the evening!!! We have had lots of rain, so it's been difficult getting out for my walks.
Can't believe that we are all coming up to our 1 year anniversaries!!!!!

Nat Hi, I'm pretty excited .....our support group has a fashion show where we show before pics and tell our story and we have stores that let us borrow outfits and it is so fun. I would have never even considered going on stage in front of so many people. I also don't have to take blood pressure meds anymore actually its low at times....which isnt so great either but I just have to take it a lil easy when it happens. I also for the first time in 26 yrs got a bike and try to ride everyday.....Indiana weather doesn't always let me tho.
I have also been roller skating again.It's such an awesome feeling to have lost 167 lbs...one whole person....God is good.
I still have more to go and have been stuck since Christmas time but I will try and up my protein and maybe that will help.Thanks for listening.

You nut!!! No, actually, I did mean to say try to snack tonight. I am not getting in enough protein again. I wasn't able to eat but 1 oz of hamburger. I am going to try and snack on beef jerky or try to eat the rest of the hamburger. Prob. the jerky this time, if I can. I am just filling up so quick now a days it seems. I may have a cc smoothie. I only got about 500 cals in today. Bug lost!! I only walked a mile. LOL It looked like it was going to rain so I quit. I didn't want to get wet again. LOL You lucky ducky!!!! I want a pool!!!! Hey, if I save $2 each time I go to the pool, I will beable to buy one next year. That is, if we go everyday. The $2 is coming from hubby not going. LOL Well, it is suppose to rain and thunderstorms here all night and tomorrow. We shall see. Oh yeah, kep picking so I can pick back. LOL You nutta butter. Talk to you later.

Thanks sweetie, It will be interesting to se what she says. I am doing good. I am getting annoyed with eating and feeling sick. I have to lay down all the time till it settles. I am almost tempted to go to a liquid diet with pudding and jello, and just use my protein powder for a little bit. I am very happy I have not gotten sick and lost my nutrients I get in, but feeling qweezy all the time when I eat is just like getting sick, it just isnt coming up I just feel miserable. I go to the OB on the 19th and will talk to him about all the protein, and will call my surgeon too. That way I can get all the input from the different people and pick what I think I can do. I know more protein will not hurt me, so if he says I am ok at 65g I am still going to try for more. I would just like to see the difference in professionals. The big thing for me is the money to buy more protein powder, which I will have to do. I just cant get it all in with only my foods especially now with my tummy always upset. Besides the yucky feelings, we are doing great!! My DH almost has my pool ready so I can start exercising better. He said he realizes I am a fish and need my pond if I am going to get any exercise, LOL. Let me know what your friend says, I really appreciate it. Please keep us informed all this important info you are getting. I also need to get your email, so when I have the ultrasounds done I can send you pics, I seem to have your old one, it says it can not be delivered, lol.- Melissa

Snack at work ... Cantalope
Slice of Cheese - and 12 wheat thins .
Lunch - Lean Quisine - Parmesan Chicken - Minus the noodles .
Snack - Blue Bunny Smoothie ( Protein )
More cheese .
Dinner - Hamberger .. Baked FF .. and a green ..
I will do one more Nectar .. and a yogurt before bed .
Now I gotta go log all this in fitday ..
