At my Dr's target of 179 And 39 lbs from my personal goal of 140... but I'm pretty happy where I am now. I would mostly like to tone up now.

I do power crunch all flavors maybe one a day..but my favorite and most nutrious is the Protein eight choc choc chip and cookies and cream from premier nutrition..good luck

Hey, you can't blame that snow on me!! We didn't get it!!! I know this is late but here it goes. B slept in at the hotel. L 12 oz t bone, so I actually don't know how much I ate but to guess, I would say maybe 2 or 3 oz. Bug ate some as well. A baked potatoe that cover the plate from side to side. I swear, I had never seen such a huge potatoe. I told Chris, "Man, they see a fat lady and think they have to give her the biggest of everything." I took a few bites of that. I drank some sweet tea,sweetened with spend. before we ate. D 1 taco and 1\2 burrito. I know bad girl this whole weekend. I will do better since I am back home now. Tee Hee Saturday was worst!!! B 7 chicken nuggets and 5 fries. Got sick L skipped because the steak sandwich made me sick after two bites D 2 eggs, 2 pieces of bacon, and 1\3 waffle (1am) S 1 cup of almonds, 1\2 cup pretzels. Hey Becky! I use Unjury unflavored protein powder. Unjury.com. I use it in crystal lite, or any other flavored drink, you can cook with it, I even sprinkle it in my pudding or snacks, to up my protein for the day. Hope this helps- Melissa
