Better Late Than Never
Started out at 221 on 05/04/05
Now at approx 136 Total loss of 85lbs
My personal goal was 100lbs but everyone thinks I don't need to lose anymore so I think I will lose 6 more lbs and be done. Now it is time to tone. My doctor did not have a real goal for loss.

B - Protein shake (11oz)
coffee,3splenda,and 2 tbsp of creamer
L - Soup (1 cup) and yogurt
S - protein bar
D - Not sure
Last night I had some more sf ice cream i gotta quit that (gas) my husband says its not worth it..i however disagree

Hi Well Breakfast at 4:30am is always isopure dutch chocolate 12oz
snack,1 string cheese and 5 saltines.
lunch. some left over home made soup with beef and water chestnuts and
a little mash potatoe.
Snack Banana or peeled apple.
Dinner. Atkins low carb vanilla yogurt with some fresh strawberries.
and of course water also drink Arizona no carb diet green tea with ginseng
over a bed of ice some times i have a sugar free chocolate bar or a sugar free cookie while iam watching TV.i know its bad but i do not do it very often.. Iam only 3lbs from goal of 135lbs and feeling great.

Natalie, you don't need your husbands permission to get a divorce. If its what YOU want then do it, if working on the relationship is what YOU want then go in that direction... don't let him dictate the entire course of your life.

I eat the Power Crunch _ Peanut Butter Chocolate . OMG it is like eating a sugar wafer . I get them at the Vitamin Shoppe.
I just ordered another box .

I would have to say that the South Beach Diet Cereal Bars are the best. They have Maple Nut, Cinnamon Raisin, Peanut Butter and Cranberry Almond. I have tried them all. They are kinda like granola. My fav is the Maple Nut and Cinnamon Raisin. The are great. The Peanut Butter is good but seems to be tough sometimes. The Cranberry Almond is okay. I can tolerate it. Good Luck. I have tried soooo many of these and I will stick with the South Beach ones. They are the best.

Topic: New exercise for me!
All I've done for exercise since WLS is walk and the elliptical trainer but I went to my first ever kick boxing class tonight. Lots of cardio and resistance training with rubber band kind of things. I have no upper body strength and my arms feel like noodles. But I'm going back next week. Now off to a hot bath.

Today has been very bad. I haven't felt the greastest today.

Today has been the worst I think. I gotta go to the doctor tomorrow. YUCK!!! talk to you all tomorrow.
