I have a hard time with the sugars as well, but just this weekend, I bought some strawberries, and I cut up about 4-5 strawberries, washed em, put em in a bowl, and sprinkled some splenda on them! YUMM! It helped my sweet tooth alot, and is alot healthier.
If you like berries, that's a great idea!

I am glad that you decided not to leave. We missed you too. I'm sorry that someone had said that to you. They should know that we all lose at a different pace and our journey's are all different. I am not at goal yet, and seem to lose very slow now, but that's not a reason for me to get mad at someone for being excited about how well they've done!!! I would be too! Keep posting. I love to read what you write.

Best Wishes Julie!!! I hope things go well. Please keep me posted as to how much the doc removes and when the swelling goes down, what size you are (how much weight afterwards you lose) I am curious since I am getting ready for those procedures as well in the next few months.

I go in the morning for my tummy tuck/hernia repair!! I have iron butterflies flopping around in my gut thinking about it. I will let you all know how i am as soon as I can sit on here agian.

OMG PIXIE....I had NO idea where you had gone. YES you have lost more then most of us but you have the best advise around. I LOVE reading about your sucess and your little excerpts of knowledge....PLEASE don't ever let one negative person ruin your love for this board.
