Help! With Snacking!!!

I have the EXACT same problem... nights seem to be the worst!! I try to drink a lot... BUT, there is still that urge to munch... even though I know I'm not hungry... I have found that I am a lot better if I just make a bowl of popcorn... I have it in front of me... I can eat it nice and slow... let it melt in my mouth and have the satisfaction of "eating" & "munching" without doing too much "damage"... LOL Popcorn is pretty safe... as it just goes down to nothing... Now, this doesn't give you free reign to load up on butter on it... but a little salt and molly mcbutter and you've got a good snack that is light on calories and big on satisfaction... I know some programs say NO to popcorn... but I say GO FOR IT!!
It's hard... wish they did surgery on our brains too!!!

Hey I have snacking probs also. I love beef jerky that is high in protien and QT has the best. So I buy those so I know I am getting protien and drink alot of water with them. So a few bites fill me and the water keeps the sodium drained and I get protien. I dont gain weight and I feel good in the end...
