Tummy Tuck-denied
Well I went to my consult about two weeks ago and learned that a good ole tummy tuck will take most of my excess skin and make me flat for the first time in my life. However, my insurance company believes that my request is only for cosmetic purposes. So, I am off to document anything so that I can get them to pay for it. Or I will have to start selling my one of a kind scrapbook creations on ebay to raise the money but I will have a flat tummy!

Gerriann,
I feel your pain. I need a thigh lift and breast lift something fierce and my insurance never budges on those. I saw a plastic surgeon last week and am looking at $6700-$8000 for just the breasts. I haven't a clue if/when we will have that kind of money. I will look into the thighs more after another year of toning and working on those. I'm lucky I didn't need the tummy tuck, but they say my insurance covers those pretty easy.
Good Luck,
Christie
