How much have YOU lost
To date I've lost 123lbs but I'd like to lose another 42lbs. The weight loss has seriously slowed down and I really need to watch what I eat and exercise a lot now. I've been slipping back into old habits which really scares me but I'm motivated to snap myself out of it and get back on track!
Great job to everyone - we've done awesome over the last 14 months!

I am *weighing* in with my stats too
I weighed 280 and now weigh 140 (size 26 to size 8) so I have lost half of me ! I am scheduled for a TT the end of the month so hopefully after that I can kick in the exercise and actually be able to do a sit up with an actual working muscle !LOL Then I just need an arm, breast and thigh lift and I will be set ! HA !!!
Everyone has done GREAT and I am so proud of you all !!Keep up the great work !!!!
