Slow Postings lately
Hey everyone
I have been doing well. I have finally gotten off of bedrest for my heart condition and have been able to be very active again and it feels wonderful. My husband and I have been going non-stop. I've been going to the Y to do some swimming for exercise.
Extra activity equals more of an appetite so I have seen a bit of a weight gain. I freaked out, but everyone keeps assuring me that this is fine due to the extra movement. I hope so. I have been eating health, just a bit more. I don't want to see that scale go any higher. I was ten pounds away from goal and now I'm thirteen.
I just had my one year check up. A few months late of course due to the health issues I was having. All was good just need to get my labs done tomorrow. I'll keep you posted.

You are doing great . I have found to loose .. I stick to the South Beach diet .. High Protein and low carb . I am serious when I tell you that to boost your motabolism you really need the high protein .
Adding exersise... and lots of water .
Know also to loose you need to cut your calories to @ 1000 a day .. right now I still want to get to 135.. I am at 140.. it flucuates 2 to 3 pounds.
Always make every bite pouch worthy . Remember too how your Obesity started .. most are from bad habits.. and we all know the key to using our Tool.. You can get to your goal.. just keep it real and remember the rules of the Pouch .

You're doing great also!!! I do mostly protein, sometimes slack off on the weekends, but my calories are usually 800-1100 a day. I have been exercising 3-4 days a week, but usually walk a little on the days that I don't go to the fitness center. I am going for my reconstructive surgery in Sept, so I have time to lose the 5 more pounds, and I know I can do it.
