Muscular pains??

Hey guys, my upper and lower back has been really sore the past few months. It's crazy at 276 pounds I never had any back problems and now, gosh my back pain is really beginning to affect my life. I am seeing a Neurologist about typical pinched nerve stuff in my upper back, but I think my lower back is muscular, kinda feels like back labor or back menstrual cramps. I have been taking Tylenol, but it ain't cutting it. Is anyone else on anything else that helps with muscular pain? I would develop a problem that needs an anti-inflammatory after I have had a surgery that doesn't permit me to take one (just my luck). I have prayed and prayed that God would give the doctors the wisdom to find out what is wrong wtih me, but y'all I sit here with a big ole lump in my throat and depression has really taken me over. I am ashamed to say it, but this pain is really taking a toll on my happy life and wonderful family. Please give me some advice as I am desperate for your input. Love and Thanks, Stacey

Hi Stacey, I am not sure if this is what you are feeling or not...but, I have a bruised tail bone. Man, is it painful...never had it before. My doctor said that it is because we don't have enough padding anymore!! If I sit on a hard surface, or any surface for any length of time...I can barely get up....once up I am usually ok. There's not much they can do for a bruised tailbone!! I don't think I have helped much...as for the pain...but, maybe it will help that you know what it is...if this is it. Jeannie

I too suffer from this but a lot of mine right now is from my TT and walking hunched over. I do notice though that I get these awful lower back pains kind of kindney area's when I am not drinking enough water. I pray that the doc can figure out what it is for you....I keep thinking that when I am able to do stomach exercises that I will in-turn help my back out to fix the problem. I wish you luck and let us all know what you find out. Julie S.

Hey Stacey, I too have a fractured tailbone but I don't think that is your problem. Have you been keeping up with your calcium? Maybe you might need a bone scan. I hope the doc's find out what the problem is and fix it. Cheer up you pic is beautiful and you have done a wonderful job. Keep up the good work. Hugs, Christine 307/167/150
