One year and two weeks!!

I'm just giving myself a big shout-out for losing 138 pounds in just over a year! I never believed it was possible! I thought I would get to a certain point and then I would just stop, but it's still coming off! People walk by me and don't even recognize me! My own sister walked by me at her daughter's graduation! I need to get a new picture posted, but haven't had any taken lately. I hope everyone out there is doing well and don't forget-ANY loss is a success!! I know some of you haven't lost as much as you'd hoped and some of you have lost MORE than you thought possible, but count each pound as a big WIN!! We are all winners because we took charge of our lives and our eating! Thanks to all of you on this board for being so supportive. I haven't been online much at all, but I try to at least read some posts when I can. God bless all of you!!!
