It's thursday, what did you eat today?
Ok I am back to posting what I eat each day, no matter how boring it may get. I seem to do better knowing I am going to write what I had down in front of all my other may babies!!
B- 10 saltines with peanut butter, and cheese
L- S/f choc pudding with 1 scoop of protein powder
D- a few bites of raviolis
enough water to float me away, lol.- Melissa
thanks for keeping these posts coming melissa. I'm focusing on getting back and staying on track so here's mine for today:
B-cottage cheese doubles
S-non-fat yogurt
L-8 triscuits with 1 oz sharp cheddar cheese
S-banana
D-will probably be left overs from last night. grilled chicken, spinach, yellow squash and mushrooms all sauted together over about 2 tblsp of rice.
20 oz water
10 oz decaff coffee
20 oz diet creme soda
20 oz unsweet tea
