Oh my.....what are we eating?!
Well I see I am not the only one who has not been posting what we have been eating lately. I came on today thinking I had missed alot of eating posts. I am not doing as good as I should. I really need a good swift kick in the butt. I will only post todays food, maybe it wont look too bad.
B- half a whole wheat pita warmed with a little butter
L- 1/2 jr wopper
D- 2 fajitas- left over
Lots of water!
Ugh it looks real bad I need to start keeping up with these posts, I know my other days were even worse. Hope you all are doing better than I am- Melissa
Eating for me has just been plain awful. This is because I have to rely on my hubby to feed me and he just has been over stressed playing the Mr. Mom role. This is his VERY first time doing it. My mother is always around to help when needed...but not this time...lol
b: a few saltines
s: a few bites of yogurt
l: a nutter butter bar....I was exausted and it was the first thing I could grab...lol (no excuse...I know)

d: 1 soft taco with 2/3 of the soft shell
Saltines have been my staple for the last week since I don't have to ask anyone to fix it for me and I always have to take something with my pain meds....bad news is my sugar max has risen and I can tolerate more at a time now.
On a good note...Doc appt went great. He took out one drain....he said next week he should be able to remove the 2nd one.

Yay one drain down one to go!!! Glad hubby is taking care of you, I know it is hard for them playing the mom role too. Maybe I should start eating what you are eating, lol. I had my one year checkup on Tuesday and it was the boost in the butt I needed to get back on track and watch my eating! I haVe been feeling so good that I seemed to have lost a little control over my portion sizes and food choices.
I have been faithful with my 3 times a week workouts and really pushing the water. I would like to lose another 20 pounds. Already down 102, but still 20 away from my own goal.
B - Protein shake, skim milk, coffee
L - lettuce, chicken, cheese, FF/SF dressing
snack - yogurt
D - lean ground beef, carrots

Teri- Looks like you had a good eating day!!! I am so glad your appt has shown you to get back on track. It is great you are sticking to your exercise and water. I am sure you will get to your goal in no time at all. I am having problems with my portion size too, and need to kick it in the butt now!!! Take care- Melissa
