One year and 125lbs.ago....

I was miserable but what a year it's been. It has flown by. I feel great and I feel normal though I need to lose 10 more pounds for the BMI scale to say so! I have gotten so much encouragement from reading the boards and learning from those who have gone before me. Thanks for sharing your journey(s) with me. Here's to a great year to come! Melissa, You are right! It has been a tough year! I still have 11 more pounds to go until my doctor's goal, but I know that I and you can both do it. I thought I'd be at goal by 1 year, but I am not complaining, I feel great, and look better than I have since high school or before. I get compliments all the time now, and I am not ashamed to get into a bathing suit (even though I still have all this hanging skin). You've done GREAT! Tricia 247/141/130 5'2"
