Hmm Ok what did I eat on Thursday? I remember! B- 1/2 cup cottage cheese and a serving of peanuts L- a jr whopper!! I know I know dont shoot me. It was so good though, and I didnt eat all the bun. I will stay away from fast food! D- 1 pork chop, 4 bites of spinach, and 1/2 cup broccoli cheese rice- Melissa
