Hey, it is about time I see you on here. LOL I have been a very bad girl. LOL I got in trouble today by hubby. LOL I brought home this little cutie pie. She is fluffy, white, brown, and black. She is a beagle, lab, and collie mix. Hubby was ticked. LOL He will get over it. Buggie just loves her and she named her fluffy cause she ia a puffball. Fluffy cries for Buggie if she isn't playing with her. LOL Okay, now the bad stuff cause I haven't been home all day. B skipped. slept in L 1\2 meximelt and 4 chips with ncho cheese D 3 to 4 oz steak, 1\4 cup of green beans if I can eat them. LOL The meat has been filling me up so I haven't eaten very many veggies. Tomorrow is going to be strange. I have to fix two lunches, so I don't know what that is going to be. Tomorrow is a field trip and next Thursday is another field trip. Next Thurday I will be eating at a baseball field cafe. I hope they serve salads. LOL Bug is soooo excited. I may call you crying next week!! I am going to TRY and climb the rock wall!!!!! I can't let bug out do me now can I? LOL Loves ya, Toni

Pixie Flying IN ..... ok .. back to basics .. that is what is all about . Lean Protein .. Low Carbs and Taking your calories down to no more than 1200. Add a different type of exersise or restart your exersise plan . When I say protein . This includes your protein suppliments . Try to get it to no more than 120 grams ( Remember we absorb half ) Keep the water levels up too .. Fat turns to P.... L:OL . It is the truth . I swear I go and go .. and when the weight was coming off .. It was like Niagra Falls .. Let me know if you need the protein sheet again .. I will send it to you . Hugs .and I am pulling for ya ! SInce I just had my TT yesterday..I haven't eaten much so I can remember it all to record it on here. B: protein shake water water water L:1/2 protein shake s: small slice of celery with cream cheese 1 fruit juice bar popcicle D: well so far just a few chips...will be another protein shake I am sure.
