Morning..it's monday....uggggg B - forgot shake...oops coffee,creamer and splenda S - protein bar L - soup and yogurt D - not sure will catch up later or in the morning... man tried a piece of yellow cake this weekend bad bad bad made me so dump and sick..i knew better .... Have a great week and happy re-birth to all the may babies... love ya all!!!

allright some carmal/apple healthy choice popcorn yummy about a cup or so..and then for dinner i am going to have chicken and rice....and a walk after work with hubby and little one....talk to you tomorrow..
