HI Hope you feel better soon!! Hey, the stomach bug could help you lose some more weight! Anyway, B - protein shake with carb countdown milk 32 grms protein S - 1 celery stalk and 2 tablesppons peanut butter - 8 grms protein L - 3 oz meatloaf (homemade, YUMMY) and 2 oz green beans - 18 oz protein D - probably same as lunch. Vitamins, water, and decaf Ice Tea - I am going to work out today 1 hour after work, and still have my aunt flo. Tricia

I hope you feel better soon. I hate the bug!!! B tea. Didn't feel like eating L Maybe some soup. Not sure, I still don't feel like eating today. D I am making Buggie's favorite, (Don't remember how to spell it.) Lazanga. She will have garlic bread with it, I might take a bite. Toni

Awww sorry you have the bug, tell it to go away and dont come back, lol. I hope you get feeling better soon. B- s/f pudding with protein powder L- a left over burger from our barbarque, 1/2 corn ont the cob D- will probably be a protein drink.
