S - 1 celery stalk and 2 tablesppons peanut butter - 8 grms protein
L - 3 oz meatloaf (homemade, YUMMY) and 2 oz green beans - 18 oz protein
D - probably same as lunch.
Vitamins, water, and decaf Ice Tea -
I am going to work out today 1 hour after work, and still have my aunt flo.
