WEDNESDAY'S FOOD INTAKE!!!!
B - Nothing forgot protein drink...
S - a few pretzels..
L - soup and left over thai chick and veggies and a yogurt
D - chicken and rice
probably will get at least one protein bar in today especially since i forgot my drink..and i will do a few protein shots throughout the day..
water and vitamin....

B- 8 oz carb countdown milk and protein for my protein shake - 32 grams protein
L - 1 large egg (omelet) with 1 oz turkey, 1 oz green peppers and 1 oz onion) approx 14-15 grams protein
S - I don't kknow if I'll snack today (morning snack was 3 mini (bite) sized chocolates
Dinner - I am going to make a meatloaf with green beans, celery and cook carrots. will eat at least 2-3 oz meatloaf (approx.15-23 grams protein)
