B - Protein shake L - Thai chicken and veggies in peanut sauce in cashews... no rice about a cup D - not sure ohhh have to add last night i had a double cheeseburger no bread... water and vitamins!!!

B- a bagel with garden vegetable cream cheese L- protein drink D- 1 cup of spaghetti with veggie spaghetti sauce no meat I will have a little s/f choc pudding with protein powder in it later- Melissa

I have been missing you. LOL I went to the doctor Monday. Clean bill of health finally. LOL B skipped L 3 oz hamburger with 3\4 bun. (Man, I can cook good hamburgers. LOL) D 1\3 cup santa fe rice, 1\3 chicken chimi, chips and salsa S will eat the rest of the chicken chimi and 1\3 cup refried beans if I feel up to a snack and can beat buggy to it. LOL Had tea and more tea, vits, and all my nasty drugs. Including a new one for my back. It sucks!!!! I can't lay down for 30 minutes after taking it and it makes me sooooo tired, I take it before bed so I don't sleep all day. LOL Buggy said hi and bye and she loves you. And she can't wait to see you in June. Love ya, Toni

Sounds like a good day for you. I cant wait till June either I am so excited. Wait to we see what I eat on Wednesday! We are having a barbarcue up the road and all the kids are getting off the bus up there so they can eat and play after school. - Melissa
