B - Protein shake coffee,splenda and creamer S - Protein bar L - Soup and yogurt maybe chicken and rice not sure yet D - probably chicken and rice or a mcdonalds salad... water,vitamins have a good day and heres to a good week... love ya may babies!!!

B: 1 egg, 3 sl Canandian Bacon S: 1/2 can protein pudding (yuck!
