S: 1/2 can protein pudding (yuck! Threw the rest away)
L: 1/2 cup chicken alfredo sauce, 1/2 cup LC fettucini
S: 3oz FF turkey lunchmeat, 1oz gouda cheese
D: Protein shake or bar
Water, Propel (yum!), and decaf coffee w/ff creamer and splenda
