S - protein bar
d - chicken and rice

won't be able to get on this weekend probably but will check and see you all monday morning..do good an be strong over the weekend..love you may babies and couldnt do it without you i gotta get moving and move past 196 its killing me!!!!
B: 1 slice LC toast, 2 Tbs peanut butter
Misc: Decaf coffee w/cream & splenda
S: 3oz shredded pork, 1 pkg Arby's "Horsy" sauce, 1 sl LC bread
L: Cheeseburger pattie, 1 medium orange
S: 2oz lunchmeat
D: Grilled chicken breast, grilled veggies

Ok lost another pound, and I cant beleive that I am not happy with it. I know the OB wants me to gain 20lbs through out the pregnancy, and I have lost 2 so far. I know that isnt much, and I am sure I will gain in the second trimester.
B- protein drink
L- serving of dinosaur spaghetti o's
S- 1/2 bag of popcorn
D- I will have about 3 oz of steak, and 1/4 cup brocolli cheese rice
