Today is another long walk day, so my carbs will be higher than normal.
B: 1 fried egg, 1 slice low-carb bread
S: 3oz pulled pork with SF bbq sauce, handfull of chex mix
L: 3oz smoked oysters, 4 strawberries w/1 tbs FF Cool Whip
S: 4oz canned pink salmon
D: (during walk) Trail mix and crackers.
And probably a protein shake whne I get home around 9:00.

things haven't been going good for the past week now. This morning I woke up to a very red face and my eyes were almost swallowen shut. I am having a reaction to something so I feel terrible. Hope it goes away be tomorrow.
