B - Protein shake L - 1 cup soup and yogurt S - Protein bar D - not sure probably salad from fast food...me and the little one are going out tonight to hang!!! Water, vitamins...good luck today...love you may babies!!!

B- protein drink L- 3/4 of a subway grilled chicken breast 6 inch sub. 1/2 bag of baked doritoes- tiny bag D- not sure, probably s/f pudding with protein powder- Melissa

Today is another long walk day, so my carbs will be higher than normal. B: 1 fried egg, 1 slice low-carb bread S: 3oz pulled pork with SF bbq sauce, handfull of chex mix L: 3oz smoked oysters, 4 strawberries w/1 tbs FF Cool Whip S: 4oz canned pink salmon D: (during walk) Trail mix and crackers. B cc smoothie L 11 better chedder crackers D hot ham and cheese sandwich and 10 chips. things haven't been going good for the past week now. This morning I woke up to a very red face and my eyes were almost swallowen shut. I am having a reaction to something so I feel terrible. Hope it goes away be tomorrow.
