New exercise for me!
All I've done for exercise since WLS is walk and the elliptical trainer but I went to my first ever kick boxing class tonight. Lots of cardio and resistance training with rubber band kind of things. I have no upper body strength and my arms feel like noodles. But I'm going back next week. Now off to a hot bath.

That sounds awesome. I actually just started walking with my girlfriend at night. She actually has the opposite problem. She is a size 2, but wants to build muscle. Since WLS I have been seeing the personal trainer with weight training. I know I need to increase the cardio so I am going to walk in between and I am going to start yoga. Good luck and isn't great that exercise is now a daily part of our lives.
