TUESDAYS EATING!!!!!
Well this must be my punishment, having to type all this down again, my computer had some error after I typed my reply, and it didnt save so now I have to do it again. As I said in my first post, I wasnt going to post today but that would just be cheating myself. Or was it a hint not to post hmmmmmm. Ok well here it goes
B- 1 peice of cold veggie pizza
L- 3 peices of french toast with s/f syrup
D- 2 more peices of pizza
I just had less than 1/2 cup shredded wheat with little milk
Ive had 60oz of water so far and 2 glasses of milk to drink today also. Like I said I did horrible today, but if I didnt post it I would be cheating myself out of seeing it all in print. What an embarrassment also. Talk to you all tomorrow- Melissa
Hi Well Breakfast at 4:30am is always isopure dutch chocolate 12oz
snack,1 string cheese and 5 saltines.
lunch. some left over home made soup with beef and water chestnuts and
a little mash potatoe.
Snack Banana or peeled apple.
Dinner. Atkins low carb vanilla yogurt with some fresh strawberries.
and of course water also drink Arizona no carb diet green tea with ginseng
over a bed of ice some times i have a sugar free chocolate bar or a sugar free cookie while iam watching TV.i know its bad but i do not do it very often.. Iam only 3lbs from goal of 135lbs and feeling great.
