B - forgot shake so nothing so far
S - Protein bar
L - Soup and yogurt
S - Protein bar
D - Steak and veggies!! yum yum
water, vitamins and maybe some outside play time with the little one if it doesn't rain..hope you all have a great weekend and i will try to check in if i can.....love you may babies!!!
Breakfast- 2 protein cookies ( I put the recipe on the Va board )
3-8 ounce glasses of s/f orange mango koolaid
Lunch- pinto beans with ham.
will be another 3- 8 ounces glasses of koolaid
Snack 1 protein cookie
my evening walk
dinner- flounder and sometype of veggie.. (magnesium is LOW)
Snack 1 ounce of cheese and 16 wheat thins.

B: 2 Tbs peanut butter, slice of LC toast
S: 3oz leftover thai chicken
L: 3oz leftover thai chicken, steamed broccoli
S: 1 pkg (2oz) Budding chicken, 1 med orange
D: 3oz FF deli ham, 1 slice LC toast, mustard
Misc: 20oz starbucks decaf americano w/cream and splenda

B- 1 cup shredded wheat with 1/2 cup milk
L- protein drink
S- detour protein bar
D- one turkey hotdog on a slice of bread with a tablespoon of chili on it, and 1/2 cup of mac n cheese. I did horrible this dinner. I feel like I can just eat so much!! I have had 6 glasses of water so far, and will get in at least 2 more.- Melissa
