WEDNESDAY'S FOOD INTAKE!!!!
Missed you all tons went to Boston for the marathon and a few Red Sox games...how inspirational now I am really ready to excerisize my sister in law/ best friend ran and did awesome...did good eating while i was gone and everyone was so excited about my weight loss....but i really missed you all...
B - Protein shake
coffee,splenda,creamer (low card)
S - protein bar
L- Grilled chicken ceaser salad like a quarter of it and will eat it tomorrow..
S - protein bar if i am hungry
D - Not too sure chicken and ???? veggies...
and i am really going to make an effort to get excersizing it was so inspirational watching everyone run and walk monday...missed you all!!!
Welcome back sweetie!!! My baby update is under mondays food and baby update, lol I typed monday instead of tuesday by accident yesterday. Ok for today here we go.

I am having a very hard time eating right now, with all this water I am drinking I feel like I am going to float out of my house!!- Melissa PS I might try a yogurt too to get more protein in with out so much heaviness.
Okay, it's honesty time.
I've slacked off the last few weeks in keeping a food journal, AND I've been leaning pretty heavy on the "I'm traing for the marathon so I can eat more" excuse. My portions have been creeping up, as has my snacking.
So....today at lunch I bought a Taco Bell grilled stuffed steak burrito and split it over my lunch and afternoon snack. THEN I looked up the specs on Taco Bell's website. Oh my Lord!
I'm doing my first "long" training walk tonight (15mi) and have been carb loading and guzzling water for two days now. Did 12 miles last Saturday without extra carbs and was pretty wiped out.
So here's my terrible, horrible, no good, very bad day...
Morning workout: 45 minute circut weights
B: Bagle & cream cheese
S: medium banana and 2oz pork roast
L: The dreaded Taco Bell run part 1
S: The dreaded Taco Bell run part 2
Afternoon: 4 hours at 3.5mph
D: Will be a protein bar and a handful of trail mix on the walk.
I was so mortified over my calorie count for the day that I went and signed up at Fitday and committed to enter all my info, every day from now on. No way I'm going to get THIS close and then screw it up! Back on the protein tomorrow morning!

Snack - 2 peanut butter Crackers
Dinner - Grilled Chicken Salad
Nectar again .. before bed .
I also had one Key Lime Lite 85 yogurt.. and a Blue Bunnie low carb smoothie ...
Some wheat chips ( 6=30 calories ! )

Was a great day .. could have eaten more I suppose .. but that is just how it goes .. but I got my protein in and that is good .. no it is awesome !
Man it was a bad day. Bored and stress went to food for comfort. Big mistake. It was the first time I had done so. My schedule was thrown off and I instantly reverted to my pre-op days.

S - Soy Crisp Nachos

S - 4 TastyCake Peanut Butter things
S - A Moolata from Dairy Queen - Sick as a DOG from it.
I did so-so on my water. Just about 60 oz. For me, that stinks.
