Mondays what did you eat today?

Ok here we go B- 1 cup shredded wheat with 1/2 cup milk S- low carb yogurt L- leftover hamburger from the grill with one peice of bread D- protein drink If I get hungry later Ill have a detour protein bar I did get a little exercise in the pool!!! The water was so cold I would do some strengthening exercises then up on the raft to warm up then back down again, lol. Tomorrow I go to the OB!! I am excited to see how the little one is coming along- Melissa

Hey sweety .. Here goes B-Myoplex Protein Drink Snack - Nuts and my new Wheat Chips.. OMG .. 30 cal per 6 chips .. yummy .. L-Turkey - Green Beans - ( Michellinas Low Carb Dinner ) Snack-Half of a Apple Crisp Protein Bar Another Protein Smoothy .. Peach Yum .. D-Grilled Chicken Salad Snack - Yogurt I will drink some more fluids as I was lacking today ... Nite all .. Love ya Natalie

I really need to start copying and pasting what you eat, lol. That way I can print it up and use it to make my own menu. Most of it seems so yummy, and I know it is all healthy. YOu are doing amazing sweetie keep it up- Melissa

hey girlfriend. I think I am back. LOL Still not doing so hot, still in pain an all. I can't wait until tomorrow!!!! Can't wait to hear about our healthy little one is doing. I gotta call the old doc tomorrow and try to get in and see him. YUCK!!! If he pokes on my side again, I think I will scream. LOL Okay, I will stop stalling. When you read this, remember, I still sick otay. LOL B skipped L 1\2 hamburger and 10 fries S popcorn D to many mini rice cakes Didn't feel like cooking. If I would have cooked, Bug would have found me on the floor. This is getting SOOOOO frustrating!!! I want this crap gone now!!! Okay, she is still doing the count down to Thunder Over Louisville!! SHE IS GETTING ON MY LAST NERVE!!!!!!!! I am hiding anything with dates on them. LOL I will talk to you tomorrow. Nightynight.

Alrighty.... B = COFFEE/SMALL PIECE OF CAKE L = BLIMPIES TUNA SANDWICH ON WHEAT, WITH LETTUCE,TOMATO AND ONION/SMALL BAG OF CHIPS/1/2 CUP OF DIET COKE. S = GREEN BEANS/POTAOES/SAUSAGE AND 2 BISCUITS...UGH SNAK = TEA, LITTLE COOKIE THINGIES...UGH WATER, WATER, WATER PROTEIN. WAY TOO MUCH AT SUPPER. UHG JEANNIE
