Mondays what did you eat today?
Ok here we go
B- 1 cup shredded wheat with 1/2 cup milk
S- low carb yogurt
L- leftover hamburger from the grill with one peice of bread
D- protein drink
If I get hungry later Ill have a detour protein bar
I did get a little exercise in the pool!!! The water was so cold I would do some strengthening exercises then up on the raft to warm up then back down again, lol. Tomorrow I go to the OB!! I am excited to see how the little one is coming along- Melissa

Another Protein Smoothy .. Peach Yum ..
D-Grilled Chicken Salad
Snack - Yogurt
I will drink some more fluids as I was lacking today ...

hey girlfriend. I think I am back. LOL Still not doing so hot, still in pain an all. I can't wait until tomorrow!!!! Can't wait to hear about our healthy little one is doing. I gotta call the old doc tomorrow and try to get in and see him. YUCK!!! If he pokes on my side again, I think I will scream. LOL Okay, I will stop stalling.
