coffee,splenda and creamer low carb french vanilla..yuk i like the real stuff better
S - Protein Bar 30 g
L - Leftover Thai chicken and veggies in peanut sauce
D - No idea probably chicken and something and I am sure some sf ice cream..that dang ole' Eddy's
Going to Boston in the morning to visit family and go to the Boston Marathon (my sister in law/best friend) is running and to hit a few Red Sox games!!! Have a great weekend and I will check back in on Wed. morning..I will miss you all..Be good...

Well lets see what this looks like written down, lol.
B- 1/2 cup shredded wheat with 1/2 cup milk
L- 1 cup spaghetti with sauce, no meat
S- detour protein bar
D- small baked potatoe with shredded cheese, and half of a liver sausage sandwich with mustard, can you say YUCK!!
