How much have YOU lost?

Well I started out at 298lbs. I am 5 ft 4. I am now stuck at 183lbs. total loss of 114lbs. I try not to weigh myself much now since I am going to be maybe gaining some with this pregnancy, I hope I will be able to get to my goal of 130lbs after this little one is born.- Melissa

Consult weight: 446 Pre-Op weight: 438 Post-Op weight: 260 Goal weight: 210 Weight Loss Since Surgery; 178 Total Weight Loss: 186 I had a slow months 9 & 10 loosing only 3 & 6 pounds - other than that everything is going great. I ran a 5K last month and going to run a 10K race this month.

... I'm 5'3" although I haven't measured height since surgery.... pre-op = 268 lbs today = 153 lbs total loss thus far = 115 lbs. don't really have a goal weight set... when I asked my doctor 6 months ago he just said.... "you'll be under 200".... guess why set one I'm just gonna let my body, WLS and time do it's thing. Was into 22/24 clothes and now into 8/9's. I return back to my doctor on May 19th for my 1 year follow up. PERSONALLY, I'M THRILLED WITH THE WLS RESULTS.... hugs, Rhonda
