THURSDAYS CHOW!!!!!!!!!
Morning !!!
B - 8 oz carb countdown milk
S - lite yogurt
L - 1 chicken leg with green peppers and 1 oz whole grain and wild rice
D - not sure ( didn't have anything to take out to cook, so have to go shopping)
1 hour of exercise this afternoon, 25 minutes elliptical machine, 10 minute stairs and 150 sit ups and maybe some weights for my legs.

Boy...can I tell the difference when I don't check in daily. Miss my vitamins and potein & calories are lower than needed.
B: 1/2C FF cottage Cheese & 3 ritz crackers
SB Ice TEA w/splenda
S: 1/2 cheese quesadilla w/corn tortilla & salsa
L: Kung Pao Chicken -- I think
S: ??
D: Ground beef & italian sausage w/ some pasta
S: Protein Drink
Dance class tonight for exercise!

I really miss my carb countdown choc milk!!! It just makes me so sick now. I am however drinking regular milk and boy is it yummy!!
Fluids- 6 glasses of water, 2 glasses of milk
