coffee, splenda and creamer
L - soup (1cup) and yogurt
S - Protein bar
D - Not sure chicken and ????
also the licorice I get is from bariatric eating..its so good its sf red ...watch those sugar alc. man did my man pay last night..he he he

B: Carbwise Gold bar (in a hurry)
S: 1/2 cup homemeade chili, 1/2 grilled chicken breast (oof, I'm full!)
L: Chef Salad
S: LC vanilla yogurt
D: Sm cheeseburger no bun, side salad w/FF dressing
Beverages: (so far)
20oz decaf coffee w/2oz cream
24 oz lemonade crystal lite
I'll have a 16oz decaf tea between lunch and dinner and another before bed.
