Morning!!! B - Skipped (first time but I had a dr. appt) and forgot... L - soup and yogurt S - Protein bar and some licorice my order got here today with all my goodies... D - Chicken and rice S - Not sure Good luck dont forge****er and vitamins!!!

good eating today mama...i just had 6 pieces of sf licorice and can not stop thinking about stopping at the hershey store for a taste of the sf ice cream..naughty girl..i should go to the naughty zone...i am so into the superanny it cracks me up anyway have a great day!!!

Thanks hun. What kind of s/f licorice is that? I love twislers regular licorice, I hate black licorice. I havent found any s/f yet though?- Melissa

I need to get on board with some daily posts to help keep me accountable. My weightloss has been at a stop for over a month and i know i haven't been eating the best or being nearly active enough. B- yogurt & pack of peanut butter nabs (bad i know) S- french vanilla whey protein drink made with soy milk L-chicken and rice lunch bucket (190 cal) and 1 oz sharp cheddar cheese S-frozen cinnamon applesauce (4 oz) D- probably some left over chicken or some soup. drinks haven't been so good today either. i left my drinks at home in the freezer...grrr. 16 oz decaff coffee 16 oz of water planning on drinking another 20 oz on my hour drive home from work. ~amanda

Hi Everyone, B. 12oz Isopure protein shake chocolate flavour. S Banana. L home made beef stew. S cheese and crackers DYogurt and low carb peaches. Plus fluids diet ice tea,no carb arizona blueberry water.all comes to 1,000 cals OH! and now and again a russell Stover s/f peppermint patty mmmmmmmmmmmmmm yummy. Maggie.
