S: 3oz deli turkey, 3 Tbs lite cream cheese
L: 3oz chicken thigh with alfredo sauce
S: 20oz decaf coffee and a big choc chip cookie (DOH! Don't go to Starbucks hungry!)
D: 1/2 grilled chx breast, 1/4 cup green salad
Beverages:
16oz decaf coffee
24oz crystal lite
16 oz decaf green tea
20 oz decaf coffee
12oz water

I need to get on board with some daily posts to help keep me accountable. My weightloss has been at a stop for over a month and i know i haven't been eating the best or being nearly active enough.
B- yogurt & pack of peanut butter nabs (bad i know)
S- french vanilla whey protein drink made with soy milk
L-chicken and rice lunch bucket (190 cal) and 1 oz sharp cheddar cheese
S-frozen cinnamon applesauce (4 oz)
D- probably some left over chicken or some soup.
drinks haven't been so good today either. i left my drinks at home in the freezer...grrr.
