Monday's Eating!!!
Morning...How was everyones weekend...I see we have all the Heros among us...I already knew I cleaned and scrapbooked with my little one all weekend...still steady at 197!!!
B - Protein shake
coffee, splenda and creamer
pro stat liquid protein serving (pixie has me in a panic)
L - soup and yogurt
D - chicken and wild rice i think!!

I was in New York for a long weekend, and have no milk or food. So tonight I have to do some grocery shopping. Anyways, since I had no food for Breakfast I picked up from a restaurant: 1 egg overeasy, I ate 2 slices of bacon, and ate about an once of the hashbrowns (I know, bad, but they looked so good)
I haven't had a snack, and for lunch I think I'll eat another slice of bacon that is left, and 1 slice of wheat toast.
For dinner, I will probably have a protein shake (gotto go buy my carb countdown), and tomorrow, I will be on track again.
I hated NY!!!! The lights were beautiful in the evening, but way too many people...couldn't even walk around the city. I though Chicago was bad, no way!!

Well, not sure what is going on with me, but looks like I will be investing in more protein powder. I have been so lucky not to throw up with this pregnancy so far, but I am about fed up with the nauciousness, and queazyness. When ever I eat, about 15 minutes later i feel horrible. I cant do anything and almost feel like a panic attack coming on, so I lay down. About 45minutes later I am fine. This happens with all food except, liquids, and spaghetti. My snacks have been more liquid form like jello and pudding s/f ofcourse and they dont bother me, so if I have to, I will go on a liquid diet like post GBS. I will have to try and make my money work so I can get more protein powder to mix in with my liquids. My surgeon only had me on 65g protein, and after what Nat posted, I am really having to work on it. Ok as for today eating
B- protein drink
L- 3 tiny peices of catfish, and one bite of mac and cheese ( followed by the lovely laydown time till not queazy anymore)
S- detour protein bar
D- 1 cup spaghetti, and 1/2 cup spinach, later I will have another protein drink.- Melissa

Hey!! There is my buddy that I have missed all week. LOL You nut!! I am not doing so well on eating. Can't think of things to eat or make. LOL Bug informed me that we are walking two miles tonight. Man, is she pushy or what. LOL Okay, today

D will be 4 oz of hamburger. I don't know what I will mix with it to give it some flavor. Maybe some ketchup or bbq sauce. Not sure. but it will be only 1 table spoonful. Maybe 1\2 to 1 cup of fresh spinch salad.
I am going to try real hard to snack tonight.-
Well my dear, Harry is filling up the pool, so by this weekend it should be all full and ready for my exercising, finally!!!!! We have to fill it up slow so we dont burn up the well pump. We only have well water, so dont want to mess that up you know. LOL you typed I am going to try real hard to snack tonight, LOL was that supposed to be not to snack? You nut!!! No, actually, I did mean to say try to snack tonight. I am not getting in enough protein again. I wasn't able to eat but 1 oz of hamburger. I am going to try and snack on beef jerky or try to eat the rest of the hamburger. Prob. the jerky this time, if I can. I am just filling up so quick now a days it seems. I may have a cc smoothie. I only got about 500 cals in today. Bug lost!! I only walked a mile. LOL It looked like it was going to rain so I quit. I didn't want to get wet again. LOL You lucky ducky!!!! I want a pool!!!! Hey, if I save $2 each time I go to the pool, I will beable to buy one next year. That is, if we go everyday. The $2 is coming from hubby not going. LOL Well, it is suppose to rain and thunderstorms here all night and tomorrow. We shall see. Oh yeah, kep picking so I can pick back. LOL You nutta butter. Talk to you later.

Lunch - Lean Quisine - Parmesan Chicken - Minus the noodles .
Snack - Blue Bunny Smoothie ( Protein )
More cheese .
Dinner - Hamberger .. Baked FF .. and a green ..
I will do one more Nectar .. and a yogurt before bed .
Now I gotta go log all this in fitday ..

I sure have an urge to snack in the evening!!! We have had lots of rain, so it's been difficult getting out for my walks.
