L - chicken veggie soup and yogurt
S - other half of protein bar if hungry
D - salad cup or so or grilled chicken ceaser...
weathered the storm last night some in the closet i hate them tornadoes and the lightening...i hope you all have a good day and eat well...love ya may babies!!!!

Good evening, I guess I should say. It's almost 6:00 pm here.
B Morning Start chocolate chip crisp
L 2 oz lit spam, half piece of carb lite bread
D Yes I know, I should be eating now or real soon but I am not hungery at all. I have no idea what I am going to do. Maybe I will drink a cc smoothie or give in and cook some stew meat with some mushrooms and have a salad. It depends on what Buggie wants. If she wants just a salad tonight then I will have my smoothie.
Congrats on your 100 pound loss. YEA!!!! I am going to try to get my walk in today. Just not feeling so hot today. Kind of super lazy tonight, and I haven't done a thing all day but stress over not finding my purse. Thought it was stolen, but thank God we found it.
