What's to eat today???
So, what is everybody going to eat today?
So far I had
B - 8 oz carb countdown milk and my protein shake (30 grams protein)
snack - 2 oz tuna - 14 grams protein
lunch will be: 4 oz spagetti squash and 3 oz of spagetti sauce with chuncks of beef (probably about 1.5 ounces) (approx 12 oz protein)
I don't know what I'll eat for dinner, but it will be healthy. I am really trying very hard to eat good and no sweets or bad carbs.
Hope everyone has a great HUMPDAY! Enjoy the weather. (It's going to rain here in Chicago, but be in the mid 60's, so that's ok)

Here is what's on my menu today:
Coffee, coffee and coffee...then,
B- Hard boiled egg, Morning start protein bar
S- Propel Water
L- salad w/feta cheese and fat-free dressing
S- Propel Water
D- Pork chop, 1 tbsp. stuffing, few green beans
S- Tbsp. reduced-fat peanut butter, and 1/8 cup unsalted peanuts
Today is sunny in CT and it's supposed to get up near 70!
Sure wish I wasn't at work...but, at least I have a big window
to look out to enjoy the view.

Morning...work is killing me this week i am so sorry for slacking..i was sick with the flu last week then got ear infections over the weekend so i was out monday and have been catching up since...enough whiining...sorry may babies..

L - Not sure have a business meeting but will either go with chicken in a salad or grilled
S - Protein power crunch bar
D - chicken and veggie
no excersize today but i do have new outfit and high heels on does that count? no i didnt think so..i will try to get the post going during the week but sometimes its hard and i am sorry...i love all you may babies..and miss you when i cant get on..sometimes if i get on i cant get off so with work wanting me to work i gotta focus..okay enough babbling for now..bye!!!
Today is so nice outside (75 degrees) and I had to go shopping for my grandmother, her monthly grocery shopping. Then when I get home and plan on going for my two mile walk it starts to rain a little. I hope it stops so I can walk after dinner.

L 1\2 cup beef jerky
D 4 oz of steak and if I have room, 1\2 to a cup oc fresh salad
S will be another 4 oz of steak. I hope.

B: 24oz Carb Countdown (half choc, half FF)
S: 2oz chicken breast with 1/2 cup LC pasta
L: Roll-ups: 4oz deli turkey with cream cheese & sprouts.
S: 2oz pepperoni & a small handful of pretzel sticks
D: (will be) grilled chicken salad
