Is everyone failing now???
Is everyone failing to post their daily eating?? The two that normally write this type of post hasn't done it for a few days. This is the only way I keep straight. At least sort of straight. LOL Anyway, I am going to post my food for the day. It really does help me out.
B 1 cup of Go Lean Cereal
L 1 beef pattie and 3 tablespoons of green beans
S 1 1\2 small banana
D 4 oz pork chop and 1\2 oz mushrooms. A bit of carrot, bit of mashed taters.
I need more protein so maybe later I will have either a cc smoothie, beef jerky, or 1 cup of cc chocolate milk.
Will have vitties later, will drink the rest of my water for tonight and going on my nightly 1 to 2 mile walk. Depends on Buggie on how long we walk.

This is for those who post to the daily what do you eat. I am just curious about something. I don't post to often because I eat way more than what most people post but how are you guys getting in your protein with what you are posting for your daily meals?
I will post my routine for what I eat on a daily bases.
Breakfast - Carnation instant breakfast with 2% milk and anywhey protein powder or two eggs with 1/4 cup milk and splenda, vanilla and nutmeg mixed together for a custard type dish or Low Carb Slim fast or cottage cheese - 20-30 grams of protein.
Snack - Plain Yogurt with a few frozen red raspberries with ground flaxseed. 15-20 grams of protein.
Lunch - 3-4 ozs of meat with a small salad with cheese or a small chili.
15-25 grams of protein.
Snack - Banana or cottage cheese - 15 grams of protein if it is the cottage cheese.
Supper - 3-4 ozs of meat with veggies - 20-25 grams of protein
I have a hard time with getting my fluids in but I get at least 40 ozs each day. I take VistaVitamins which have everything in them so they are all I take.
Yes I haven't lost as much as a lot of people, 85 lbs to date with 25 to go, but I really feel good and know that my body is getting what it needs to be healthy. I have had my blood work done 3 times and everything is normal.
This is not meant to be a slam or anything but I am just curious as to how you get in your protein with so little being eaten in a day.

I usually do get in all my protein and way to many carbs everyday. I am working on cutting carbs much lower. I eat my protein first which turns into about 4 oz at each setting. But throughout the day I drink carb countdown smoothies and carb countdown chocolate milk, those have added protein to them. If I snack, it is usually protein. I have been bad the past week and eating fruit instead, but I am changing that today. I am insult restistant so I must eat mainly protein to lose. That is just me though. Most of the others I think do protein shakes 3 or more times a day. My best friend drinks 3 to 4 protein shakes a day to get in her protein. I eat more than she does. I feel like a pig when I read her post. LOL But she gets all of her protein in most days as well. I personally can't do the shakes. I hate them. But I do get my protein in daily.

Emma, You are seeming to eat more than what I can, however your choices are much healthier. I get my protein in by my food if I can, and if I am low for the day I have an extra protein drink to get it where I need it. YOur food and snacks are all great choices. If you have seen some of my older posts, I dont snack well. way too many carbs, and some sugar too. I have been trying to eat healthier. im having touble lately, it seems everything I choose to eat makes me naucious except for spaghetti, and liquids. I have tried jello and pudding like on our liquid diets postop, and they dont make me feel sick either. If this keeps up I will probably stick with a liquid diet and more supplements, and protein drinks to make sure I get all my nutrients in. You are doing great, and looks like you are so close to reaching your goal!!!! I hope to make and stick to better choices. Hopefully after the baby is born I can get right on track to getting towards my goal weight also. Keep up the good work, and I hope to see you posting more, I can get some great food ideas when I see what others are eating, lol- Melissa
You nut!!! LOL I have missed you so much this week. Sorry I didn't get to call you this weekend, Bug kepted us so busy. I think we lived at the park and took over a grill up there. LOL That is all she wanted to do. She is now driving me nuts over when the pool is going to open. She is begging me not to get a job so we can go swimming every day this summer. LOL I don't know if he will go for that. LOL Don't think I'm not thinking about it. Can't wait until Thunder Over Louisville happens. 12 More days. YES!!! LOL I will talk to you later. Toni
