Morning..sorry I missed yesterday they want me to actually work at work..whats up with that??? B - Protein shake coffee,3 splenda, 2 tbsp of creamer S - Power Crunch L - Soup,strawberrys and yogurt D - No idea I am just trying to stay dry it's so bad here weather wise..We should go home it dangerous I wish..Have a good weekend may babies love you guys!!!!

B - Protein Drink S - No-FAt Yogurt L - Chilli S - Veggies - Carrots Sticks if they look good in Cafeteria D - ??? Yesterday was kinda a gross. I have allergies pretty bad and something bloomed in the previous 24 hours. My reaction when I go outside is I get a bunch of draining all at once in the back of my throat which makes me gag and vomit. So dinner last night didn't last long. I started back on Allegra-D now. You would have thought years of doing this would have me talking it every year starting around mid-March ... but Noooooooo.... I have re-learn the lesson every friggin year. Doh!

B: Insides only of breakfast sandwhich (1 egg & 1 sausage patty) S: some Ritz Crackers....Bad Carbs Bad & about 1/2 cup mixed fruit L: not sure???? maybe Kung Pao Chicken S: ? Having some tummy issues today, here's the so far... B: 16oz decaf coffee with cream & splenda S: Small potted meat (yeah, yeah...I've heard it all, lol) L: Leftover chicken marsala (1/2 breast), 2oz pasta S: 3 whole wheat PB & cheese crackers D: Prob'ly a Mickey D's chx salad w/o dressing. Hey there Allison ... Happy Friday . Breakfast - Nectar Lunch - Everyone bought wraps from STuffies so I got a chicken one .. I could not eat it .. it was gross . the wrap swelled up like a balloon .. I ate one little pc of the chicken and yuk ... Dinner- Wendies BLT Chicken Salad ( My ole standby ) I will do another Nectar - and give it up for the night , I am on call so I am going to take a nap and back up for the all nighter !
