WEDNESDAY'S FOOD INTAKE!!!!
Morning all.. I am puny!!! Just wanted to share...
B - Protein shake 35g protein
coffee, splenda (3)and creamer(2 tbs)
L - Veggie soup (cup), and strawberrys (4) mixed with blue bunny yogurt
S - maybe jerky or a power crunch
D - Not sure just me and the kiddo so maybe some soup

just took am pack of vitamins and have been drinking sf fruit punch or fruit h2o rasberry...will drink at least 100 oz today..plus my protein drink minus my coffee..still gets me around 100....
Hello Allison. My day has been slow, just can't get moving.
B 1 egg, 3 turkey bacon, 1 slice of low carb bread
L 2 oz of lite spam, 1 slice of low carb bread
S (BAD ME!!) 1 granola bar
D will be 3oz of pork chop ( I don't know if I will eat any veggies tonight. Carbs are kind of high today. ) buggie ( my little girl) will also have a salad and mac and cheese.
Yesturday I drank 118.5 oz of water and so far today I have drank 71.1 and working on another 23.7 oz. Even with all that, my mouth is still dry. Go figure. LOL Feels like I haven't had anything to drink in about a week. I know better though. Toni
Well its been a busy day, and I ate like a cow!! I cleaned and rearranged our master bedroom, put together a crib and decorated, lol. 4 loads of laundry, dishes, took a walk, went for a ride on the four wheeler, and did a little soaking in the sun while reading. Ok for my food.
B- 3 bites of a bologna sandwich with lettuce, got nauseous so the rest went to the dog
S- 2 peices of string cheese, and a carb countdown yogurt
L- 1/2 a big mac!!!! bad bad bad I have just been wanting one so bad for over a week now so the craving is gone no more big macs!! 5 fries
D- 1 pork chop, 1/4 cup of spinach, 1/4 cup of mashed potatoes
The weather was so nice today, I am such a summer person and cant wait for summer and swimming!! It is supposed to get cold this weekend and maybe snow, boohhoo.- Melissa
