OK noone is eating!!!!!
I know this cant be true, lol. OUr posts and replies have dwindled on what we are eating each day. I know it can get boring or repetative posting it everyday, but I really need to do it. It helps me see what others are doing, and shows me how I have done for the day in plain writing. So if noone is eating tell me how you do it, lol. OK here I go with what I had today. I didnt do to good I think.
B- toasted bagel with cream cheese
L- protein drink
S- 15 cheese nips
D- 1/2 a tortilla pizza with just cheese
I will have a yogurt and a string cheese later if I get hungry- Melissa
Oh Melissa .. I think that there are a lot of us MIA due to the Holiday . No worries .. this is great for us and I am sure everyone will be back . Easter, I really did myself in . I ate what I thought was a lot but my family says I barely ate ... But Yesterday was redeemtion day .
B-Nectar
L-Chicken ( Oven Baked ) and Zuccini and Carrots .. ( my recipe )
D-Left Over Ham from Easter - Pop corn - 1 cup - and a half an apple w peanut butter .
At work for snack I had some peanuts - a carbwell bar and another Nectar .
I came home took my 2 mile sprint walk... got up this am - and wam another 2 lbs gone ..
Post again .. tonight .. ok .

Sorry I have been slacking but didn't have my computer all weekend and ate to much to type anyway.....but am officially staying in the 199 area so finally broke 200.. plus another excuse coming i feel like poopie....okay todays eating...
b - protein shake
coffee,cream,splenda
s - peanuts and jerkey and cheese
l - soup and yogurt with strawberrys
s - protein bar
d - bite of fried rice then a cup of ice cream..
definately not a good day for me...i dont feel good i will do better on tuesday...sorry i missed you over the weekend..i didn't mean to make our prego go into a panic....she needs calm now.. our prego like i have some part in this child...aunt allison...
