What Exercise did you do today?

I'm starting a new thing... Along with the "What did you eat today?" how about "What exercise did you do?" I usually exercise in the evenings... so here's what I did yesterday. 40 Mins Dance Dance Revolution 20 Min*****hing Bag Come On May Babies! Let's Get Moving!!

Nothing so far, but I am planning on some stretching, swimming and/or yoga if I can stay awake. Keep in mind I'm now 7 mos pregnant, along with being 10 months out... but I'm still in it to win it!

I also hate exercise, but I like how I feel afterwards. I will attempt to start again in the morning on the elliptical machine. I had been doing it consistently for about 2 months, and stopped last month. I had noticed a change in the tone of my thighs, and now that is gone. Back to jelly... Thanks for posting this. Anne

Walked 1 mile to catch my carpool. Ran 3 3/4 miles on the treadmill.
