Fridays what did you eat today poll
Well here we are at the end of another work week!! I hope everyone has a great weekend and Happy Easter!! I got on the scale today and lost another 3 lbs!!!! I cant beleive it after being between 186-190 forever, and finding out we were pregnant I didnt think I would see any lower numbers till after the baby is born in November, but surprise surprise I saw 183!!!! Ok, now as for my food, lol.
B- 1 string cheese, carb countdown yogurt
S- protein drink
L 2 peices of toast with no sugar penutbutter, I am not having anymore of this no sugar peanut butter, this is twice I have had it, and twice I have gotten diareah and real nauseous and bad cramping. Not sure if my body just doesnt like it or if it is the baby that doesnt like it, lol but enough for me
D- Ok this is bad!! A whole chicken taco salad from taco bell with out the shell. I cant beleive I ate everything in the shell!!! Can anyone else eat this much in one sitting? I mean I know they fill a normal person up, but after GBS I think that is a little too much in one sitting. I really have to watch myself. Hope you all had a great day!!- Melissa

WAY TO GO MELISSA!!!
I am proud of you. I have started listing everything on the www.fitday.com and boy, have I seen the light!! I think about everything I put into my mouth now. And, yes...I can eat a lot at one setting!! I do not like that feeling. I have to get it under control. I thought listing what we ate would work here...but, it does not. Yuk!!
Anyways...
B = 1 eggo waffle, coffee
L = 4 chicken nuggets (mcdonald's) small fry.
S = 1/2 turkey/bacon melt from Bob Evans, and 1 cup of potato soup...NO CRACKERS!!!!! Yeah!! Ice tea.
Lots of water!!
Snak = colby cheese chunks, 3 skinny bread sticks
I did so much better today. Yeah, for all of you out there saying How did she eat so much...ain't nothing compared to what I have been. I was good for me today. I am doing better tomorrow!!

Hey sweetie!! I use fitday everday also, too make sure I am getting in all my protein, and low carb and fat content. I like to watch my calories too, dont want to over due it. I like posting it here too, that way I can see what others are eating and how they are doing. I get my important nutrient info from fitday, and I get the support and help I need from all you lovely sweethearts- Melissa
