coffee, 3 splenda and 2 tbsp of caramel creamer
L - I think chicken veggie soup and strawberrys and yogurt but i will let you know for sure later..
S - Protein Bar
D - No idea I am going out girls night...whooooooooo..maybe red lobster salad and scallops or crab legs...mmmmmmmm
also have to add cup of sf eddys butter pecan to last night...and a handful of cashews up late and had a major snack attack...
just took am vitamins and on my first 33 oz fruit h2o for the day...good luck and talk to you all later...love , al

I haven't been doing good the last few days. Went on a 11 hour shopping spree looking for ONE little Easter dress my buggie. That was Sunday. After that, I don't have a drop of energy. All I have wanted to do the past three days is sleep. I have giving in too. (BAD GIRL!!) I have eaten right or drank right either. I haven't hit over 500 cals. I know, get back on track tomorrow.

S 1 cup of Kix and 10 grapes.
One had 277 cals today. Just don't feel like eating or anything.
