Morning all !!!! B - Protein Shake coffee, 3 splenda and 2 tbsp of caramel creamer L - I think chicken veggie soup and strawberrys and yogurt but i will let you know for sure later.. S - Protein Bar D - No idea I am going out girls night...whooooooooo..maybe red lobster salad and scallops or crab legs...mmmmmmmm also have to add cup of sf eddys butter pecan to last night...and a handful of cashews up late and had a major snack attack... just took am vitamins and on my first 33 oz fruit h2o for the day...good luck and talk to you all later...love , al

B = 2 EGGO WAFFLES/COFFEE L = SUBWAY'S TOASTED CHICKEN/BACON/RANCH SUB 6"/ WATER S = SPEGHETTI/WATER SNAK = I am gonna try not to have any...ha...we will see!! water, water, water!! Ice tea Jeannie

Ok update on what I ate had a lowcarb yogurt shortly after my banana D- small serving of Ham and augratin potatoes from betty crocker complete meal kit and 5 spoons of spinach, yes I had a veggie today!!! if fitday says I didnt get in all my protein I will have a protein drink later- Melissa

B- NECTAR 9:00 SNACK - LOW CARB PROTEIN BAR - CARBWELL PEANUT BUTTER L-MARTHA'S VINEYARD APPLE CHICKEN SALAD LITE 85 YOGURT D-SOUP SALAD - CRACKERS I am going to do another NECTAR . Had some Cheese crackers for a snak. AFter supper...the speghetti came right back up. OOOOOO. yuk. I don't know if it was the speghetti or the diet coke or the combination. No more diet coke!! For a long time!! Jeannie

I haven't been doing good the last few days. Went on a 11 hour shopping spree looking for ONE little Easter dress my buggie. That was Sunday. After that, I don't have a drop of energy. All I have wanted to do the past three days is sleep. I have giving in too. (BAD GIRL!!) I have eaten right or drank right either. I haven't hit over 500 cals. I know, get back on track tomorrow. B nothing L nothing D 1\2 peanut butter sandwich S 1 cup of Kix and 10 grapes. One had 277 cals today. Just don't feel like eating or anything. Toni
