Morning all!!!! B - Protein Shake coffee, 3 splenda and low carb french vanilla creamer 2 tbsp S - Peanut butter Power Crunch 1/2 of one...i just got my large order from Susan in...so I got all kinds of new stuff....yiiippeeee L - Chicken and veggie soup 1 cup or so and 3 strawberrys cut up with 2 packets of splenda in yogurt D - Not sure I have leftover Taco Casserole or a salad and a baseball game to go to so I will try to be Nacho strong those things look so good... Have a great day and eat good...Stay strong and luv all you May babies!!!!!

I needed to add a cup of sf eddys butter pecan (spit out all the nuts) love the ice cream but not the pecans ( to last nights eating ).. and i am now eating some little pretzels which are a waste and i need to remove them from my enviroment..just didn't want to leave anything out... also am vitamins done and 48oz. of sf fruit punch..thanks... bye bye

Ok well not eating much today, I just woke up. B- 2 dollar size pancakes and 2 peices of bacon with 1/2 cup orange juice It was ok for hospital food Just woke up and having a few bites of cottage cheese and 4 peanut butter cheese crackers I will have a protein drink later. WE are all worn out here, last night I was bleeding so I had to go to the hospital. They said it could be normal!!!! Harry stayed home since our son was sleepng. The kept me over night, found I had a UTI, and was dehydrated, they had such a hard time getting the iv in me because my veins were flat they said. All the poking and digging hurt so much and the fear of a miscarraige, I went into a full blown panick attack. They gave me a sedative so I could get some rest till the Dr came in to do an ultrasound. So this morning, ultra sound is fine they say and baby is doing fine, perfect steady heartbeat. The bleeding couldve been from the UTI, or implantation they said. Supposedly very normal. WEll I am going to get some more rest before my son gets home from school. Take care everyone- Melissa

Thank you so much Julie!! IT really threw us in for a scare. They say it is normal, but it just doesnt feel normal to me, it wasnt like spotting it was like my period with out the clots. I am very glad everything is ok, and pray that it stays that way. Thanks again sweetie- Melissa

I think I did a little better today... B: Carb Freedon yogurt smoothy S: South Beach protein cereal bar L: 1 soft shell taco w/sour cream from Taco Bell S: Snickers Marathon low-carb peanut butter bar D:1 cup homemade Turkey Shepherd's Pie (new recipe...SO good..it had mashed taters on top but I only ate the filling and one bite of taters) 4 trefoil cookies( ok not so good) S: s/f orange creamsicle Does this sound like too much??? Others look like they hardly eat....maybe I am eating too much.... Not too good in the drinking dept. I guess I will step it up tonight. I have had a little water and that is it. Hey Allison - Everyone .. I had the scare of a lifetime last night . I ate some beef .. and vomited in my sleep and inhaled into my lungs. I thought I was going to die .. I am still not feeling well , I spent most of the night upchucking. Any hoo enough about that . B-Nectar Snack at work : Strawberries L-Cherry Chicken Walnut Salad . D-1 Egg-1 ounce cheese . 1 ounce of Treet Meat .. So far so good . I also had after lunch a snack of crackers and cheese . I will do another Nectar before bed .. I hope .. more vitamins ..
