Monday's Eating!!!
Hello everyone I peeped in last night but no time to respond...now i am at work so i got time..geez thats bad... Not bad over the weekend i had a tummy thing so not too much at all...exept those damn blastin sf jelly beans..after the stomach thing those were the last thing i should hve put in my mouth last night...goodness sore toushy..anyway here goes.. and have a great week..
B - Protein shake
coffee,splenda and creamer (vanilla caramal)
S- Protein bar
L - Chicken and veggie soup (cup) and 4 strawberrys mixed in sf yogurt
D - Chef salad with ham,turkey,cheese,bacon and olives with ranch dressing me and my little one 3yr abby love salad so we are sharing i will probably have a cup or little more salad sits well with me...so everyone cheer up its monday, we have our health, and each other...love you may babies and talk to you soon!!!!!

Hmmm lets see what this looks like typed in, lol. I think I did really bad.
B- 1 pkg maple brown sugar oatmeal
L- S/f peanut butter and jelly sandwich
S- 1 banana with a carbcountdown strawberry yogurt
D- OK I let my self control go here. I know it is bad. I had 8 jalepeno poppers, the cream cheese filled ones. I am going to have a protein drink later this evening. Well now I see how horrible I did today, dont shoot me please. I will do better tomorrow- Melissa
Alrighty then,
Walking a 20k on Saturday kinda got me back in the saddle, so I'm pretty happy with the day thus far...
B: Protein shake
S: Protien shake (opps, forgot my real snack at home)
L: Tossed salad with 2oz grilled chx.
S: Handful of trail mix
Dinner will prob'ly be another salad with chicken.
Maybe a SF bananna popsicle for dessert.

Monday was pretty good . I went to Va Beach this weekend and met some of the people from the VA board . OMG we had so much fun. So many success stories . Any hoo .. I just got back from walking 3 miles .. feel great ! Here is my day in a nutty shell..
B- Nectar
9:30 snack - Yogurt - Lite 85 Strawberry
L - Tried one of those South Beach Diet meals .. Yuk .. double Yuk .. they where loaded with so much sodium I was scared to eat it all . 1300 grams .. You gotta watch the salt too . ( going to post later on this )
D-Fillet with greenbeans and some red potatoes .. I have not eaten yet but it is cookin .
Another Nectar before bed . And maybe a healthy cheesy snack .
I missed my salad today .. I love salad too .. It goes down so good .
Well .. to Tuesday we go .
