Why do you think you will never get to a normal bMI or otherwise? You will get there!!! I know you will, just keep working at it. Make sure you eat 3 meals a day (2-3 oz of protein, with a veggie, and a fruit if possible) at each meal, and try to get in 1 protein snack a day. Exercise at least 30 minutes (walking is best, and now it's getting nice outside). You do not have to kill yourself, just move and the weight will come off. I still have another 10 pounds to go to get into that normal window BMI, and have 18 pounds to my doctor's goal. I know that the weight loss is very slow now, but I am not going to get discouraged, I am going to work my BUTT off!!! I am using my tool as best I can. I want to be normal, some day, and my doctor says by July I should be able to get there. I think you can get to your goal, or close to it by August or so if you really work at it, not binge at all, and no junk food. Keep the carbs away!!! Try to get a better attitude, it can help you! Trust me.
