Morning everyone!!!! B - Protein shake coffee,3 splenda and 2tbs of creamer L - cabbage and corn beef or my soup the office is full of food today so well see but definately one of the two... S - not sure forgot my protein bar so might be 6oz of veggie/chicken soup D- Aunt Betty is making sketti and we are going to her house for din din so probably a very small bowl of that..but i can't eat much the noodles don't sit right so well see... vitamins, and water good luck all ....be strong and talk to you later...love you may babies!!! Thanks for all your inspiration!!!

Ok I am failing!! How can I possibly fail WLS?!!!! Last night we went out shopping for baby stuff, I have this powerful urge to shop!!! I never had this with Anthony, my husband said it has to be a girl, lol with all the shopping I want to do. Well anyways last night we got home so late i didnt update my post, so I need to do that here now too. WE went to golden coral buffet!!! I ate 4 oz of steak, 3 bites of cottage cheese, 5 bites of spaghetti, 2 bites of garlic bread ontop of all the other food I ate yesterday!!!!! Ok now today I am feeling very tired, and just not up for much at all. B- protein drink L- low carb yogurt D- not sure I dont feel like cooking, so once harry decides what he wants to make for him and ah=nthony I might have some, or just another protein drink- Melissa

I have eaten alot today. B skipped (slept in) getting bad for that. L 1 large egg and 1 slice of beef lunch meat D 10 large shrimp, 10 small shrimp, 2 broccoli flowerettes, and 2 bits of baked tater. For snack later I may get some sugar free ice cream. I'm not sure yet. Maybe I won't even have a snack today. My cal intake for today is right around 300. I did my 50 minute workout tape and walked a mile. Yes, it was nice outside for a change. Did bad on fliud intake today though. Was to busy. LOL Going shopping tomorrow all day for food. LOL I will take my water with me. Tomorrow night I will get tons of exercise, going dancing. YEA!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Toni

I had Turkey - Green Beans- Salad - A Taste of the Sweet Potatoe Casserole . For Snack today I had some cheese and crackers . I just got home from the grocery store and found Low Sugar Maple Oatmeal .. I love Oatmeal .. I am going to try it later with a scoop of Any Whey Protein Mix .. Love ya , Nat

I did absolutely horrible today.... 7 peanut m&m's 6 cheese and sour cream cheez its 5 almonds 3 slices of venison tenderloin with red eye gravy pinch of parmesan garlic biscuit pinch of double cheeseburger I DID quit smoking again though

I am not worthy of even posting for yesterday....lol I ate homemade mini sweet potato muffins all morning and afternoon!!! For dinner I had a few bites of a american hoagie but those few bite had bread so it swelled right up and made me too full!!! Will I ever learn!! I didn't even drink much as far as fliuds yesterday either....I will try to do better today! Julie S. (I am suprised both legs aren't broken with how HARD I fell off the wagon yesterday!!) 265/156/135 TT approved....will schedule in April
