l - probably about a cup of thai chicken and veggies in peanut sauce
not sure on the rest but i will catch up later...have a great wed. and keep inspiring me...if i dont break the 200 soon i am going to be forced to cut off a limb..hey thats a little drastic guess i could get but up in the morning and excerisze how pathetic i considered the limb before the excersize..ohhhh i might need some therapy!!!!!!!!!

I hate to exercise too, but I did start taking some dance classes a couple of weeks ago & I love that...doesn't feel like exercise. How about something like that....you can fool yourself into exercising!
Just wait...200 will be a mere memory before you know it!

... Hi Perry.... I didn't know we had someone FAMOUS on our May Forum Board... I was looking at your profile (hope you don't mind) and found your website PerryPerkinsBooks. I really enjoyed reading about you "the author" and about your WLS Journal. I enjoyed your story and humor you add to it. I guess I need to see if I can find the article you wrote for the ObesityHelp Magazine, as I couldn't find the link from your website. Anyway CONGRATULATIONS on your successes. You look wonderful and I guess you don't ever have to worry about sinking in mirk while digging for clams ever again...

D - Will be 3oz homemade coudon blu. (German), 1\3 cup green beans if I have room. I don't get the mashed potato that my little girl gets. Not far. I may have a bit of that. Not sure.
No snacking today and actually did 40 minute workout to a video. How dumb I must have looked if someone could have seen. LOL Did the old vit. and working on getting my water intake up. Not doing so hot there. LOL Toni
OK, I have a feeling Im gonna get hit today, lol. I was doing really good and then all of a sudden had a craving and gave into it bad bad bad.
