TUESDAYS EATING!!!!!
B - Protein Drink
coffee, splenda and cream (vanilla carmel)
S - half of protein bar
L - chicken and veggie soup
D - Left over steak and maybe soup
not sure on evening snack
water and vitamins...which i left at home so i will have to take them later today...goodluck girls and guys..have a great tuesday!!!
Ok I think I am doing better today, lol.

L- homeade veggie soup had another carb countdown choc milk half hour after
D- will be another cup of veggie soup
IF I get hungry later I will have some low carb yogurt and maybe a little popcorn when we watch a movie tonight- Melissa
Alright little lady, you are not putting in how much you are eating. Just what you are eating. You BBBAADDD Girl!!! LOL Still not doing good. I am having trouble with late night snacking. Guess I am going to have to start going to bed when Buggie goes. LOL Maybe that will help. Anyway, so far today:
B skipped (slept in. Bad girl!!)
L 2 oz lite spam with 1 piece of carb bread, 1 teaspoon f\f mayo
D (can't give exact amounts because I haven't eaten that yet.) LOL
Maybe 3oz steak with 1\2 teaspoon of A1 sauce, if I still have room maybe 1\2 cup of salad or 1\3 cup of broccoli. Not to sure yet. Don't know if I can eat all that either. LOL
S (if I have one today) will be popcorn. About a cup and that is it. Trying not to eat much. I haven't lost a pound in about 5 months. NOT HAPPY THERE!!!! Not getting in all my fluids either. Go ahead and fuss. I need it!!! Talk to you later.

Today was not good ..
B-Nectar
Got to work at 9:30 had half a protein bar .. Yum ..
L-Chicken Nuggets .. They came back up YUK ..
D-Turkey Loaf...Stewed Apples - Cheesie Potates ... and it came back up Yuk ..
My tummy just did not like what I put in it today .. Can not stop barfing .. I think it was the texture of the meats today .
Water and more vitamins -- Biotin and off to bed later .. Down 3 more pounds . 153.... and def in a size 8 ...
Gotta wonder ..
